Jerry is a Liberty Union graduate and the Superintendent of Clearcreek Township. Prior to becoming mayor, Jerry served as a council member for 12 years and has resided in Stoutsville for over 20 years. He leads the road maintenance efforts for the village.

As the Fiscal Officer for Stoutsville, Barbara oversees budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, and compliance, ensuring transparency and economic stability.   Her years in county and municipal finance give her the expertise to handle public money responsibly.

As a lifelong resident of Stoutsville, Stephanie brings her love for the community along with decades of financial experience to serve the people of Stoutsville.

Community driven, Venita’s focus is on improving the lives of Stoutsville’s citizen. She leads parks and recreation activities for the village.

Bonnie has served as a village council member for over 12 years. She leads the census efforts within the village.

Angie is a lifelong resident of Stoutsville, graduate of Amanda Clearcreek, and member of St. John Church. She brings strong business and healthcare experience to the council. Angie leads policy management.

Sara serves as the president pro tempore of the council. She is a veteran of the U.S. Army and longtime citizen of Stoutsville. Sara has a background in business operations. She leads communication efforts for the council.
