As the Fiscal Officer for Stoutsville, Barbara oversees budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, and compliance, ensuring transparency and economic stability.   Her years in county and municipal finance give her the expertise to handle public money responsibly.

Travis Timmons is a lifelong resident of the village of Stoutsville. He is a new council member and looks forward to serving the community in the future. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.

Jerry is a Liberty Union graduate and the Superintendent of Clearcreek Township. He has been a council member for 12 years and has a resident of Stoutsville for 20 years.
